EYV is a vegetable-forward restaurant located in Pittsburgh's Deutschtown Neighborhood focusing on making vegetables the center of the plate with meats & seafood playing a supporting role while utilizing the bounty of Western Pennsylvania & East Ohio Farms whenever possible. Before we opened @gamble_curtis allowed us to use @station_pgh as a place to R&D and host dinners before we were ready to move into our new home. With us being closed on Tuesdays we wanted to be able to provide that same opportunity to other talented people who didn’t have a permanent home or waiting to move into theirs. We are excited to announce our “Tuesday Takeover Dinner Series” starting w/ the very talented @pghdumplingz. They will be hosting a 4 course tasting menu on 4/23, & 5/14. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased on our @exploretock reservation page.
Fantastic experience, food, and drinks. Highly recommend and don't worry about the lack of meat. You definitely won't miss it.
