The food here is out of this world. The first time that I cam I had their Lion's Man Birria… Something is missing from my life now that it is no longer on the menu. The best thing I have ever consumer, swear. Their drinks were also excellent and their staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Will be back very soon!
Cabbage Pastrami
One of the most creative and delicious dinners I've had. One of my favorite places!
Broccoli "Chicharrons"
It's been over a week and I still haven't been able to collect all the pieces of my mind that were blown apart by this dish. It was so unique, but that's not even what made it awesome. It was straight up delicious. Crunchy, flavorful, beautiful, expertly crafted. You have to respect a dish that you're unlikely to make (or to make well) at home. This is why I go out. Thank you, EYV, for raising the bar.
Sweet Pea & Potato Pierogi
These pierogi had the right amount of dough and contained a tasty pea puree.
Boulangère Potato
Flavors explode in your mouth. Texture of the potato was perfect. Savored every delicious bite.
2021 Platten review by Maddie
I tried the Buffalo Celery Root for my Course 2 & it was DIVINE. Paired with the Platten, Schiava, or Alto wine, the Buffalo Celery Root is versatile, delicious & definitely one of my favorite menu items! 10/10 :)
Hummus Fritters
What a fabulous restaurant. The food was out of this world! The hummus fritters were to die for... the avocado soup was the best thing in my mouth well since the hummus fritters... the mushrooms were wow, great... we had an incredible dinner experience.
Kiwi Berry Semifreddo
This dessert contained coconut macaroon, macadamia nuts, grapefruit, and mint. It had a very unique appearance and flavors, and I enjoyed it a lot.
Broccoli "Chicharrons"
Everything at EYV is made with impeccable care. And absolutely delicious! I love the emphasize on healthy dishes with maximum flavor. They make me want to eat my vegetables!!
Hummus Fritters
These hummus fritters are a DELIGHT. A bit of crunch outside with a soft, chewy inside. Perfectly seasoned. I haven't stopped craving them since the last time I ate them.
